On March 6, 2009 the Panther Pride Foundation presented the CSE Track Task Force with a check for $5,000. The money has been committed to purchasing equipment for the high school and junior high track programs. This equipment will allow the track programs to hold home practice meets, bring back the Central Invitational, and possibly hold Sectional meets in the future.

The CSE track task force plans to build an all-weather track at the Central High School facility. They have been diligently working to reach their goal. With the help of groups like the Panther Pride Foundation, they are getting very close to their goal. If you would like to help push them over the top and make this dream a reality, please contact Amanda Shoopman, Lane Glick, John Walter, or Chris Reffett at the Central High School or Junior High.
